** Please note: it is the sole responsibility of the customer to know & understand the customs laws, taxes, & restrictions of their home country. Luxe Cartel will not be responsible for shipping costs incurred for items rejected by customs, or for the reimbursement of any applicable taxes or fees by countries outside the U.S.

 

Missing Packages:

Should your order be lost or delayed during shipment at the fault of the US Postal Service or FedEx, we will contact them on your behalf to file a claim and help them to (hopefully) locate your package. The customer assumes ultimate responsibility for any loss, or damage of items after delivery – unless Corso Shipping Protection is purchased (see below).

Update: Please refer to the individual product pages, under the 'shipping and returns' tab for info on that specific product's eligibility. If an item is marked as 'exchange only' then you can exchange for size or return for store credit, but no refunds will be given.


We offer free returns within 30 days for all full-priced items. All sale merchandise is eligible for exchange with the exception of a select few styles – these styles are specifically designated 'FINAL SALE' styles and are marked with a Final Sale tag on the product page.

Start My Return

  • Items must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unsoiled, and unwashed.
  • Sanitary strips, manufacturers tags, hangtags and all other accessories must be in tact. (We reserve the right to adjust or reject your refund if your return arrives in a condition which does not meet our returns policy.)
  • Original shipping costs are non refundable.
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective in any way please email us immediately at info@shopluxecartel.com

    Refunds (if applicable): Please submit your RMA Request via the 'Start My Return' button above. Once approved, pack and ship your return using the label provided. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 days of your return being received at our warehouse. A full refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

    Store Credits: Please submit your RMA Request via the 'Start My Return' button above. Once approved, pack and ship your return using the label provided. Store credits will be issued via an e-gift card within 1-2 days of your return being received at our warehouse. 

    Exchanges: If you'd like to make an exchange for size, you can do that seamlessly using the button above (assuming we have your new size in stock). There is a $5 shipping fee for exchanges.

    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the initial transaction (unless specified marked as "final sale" or "exchange only").
