JOB DESCRIPTION
As our E-commerce Ops Associate, you will be joining Luxe Cartel on the ground floor – becoming a core part of the team and working alongside the Founder.
The ideal candidate is capable of wearing several different hats, and staying organized when switching gears. As EO Associate you’ll play a critical role in a range of business efforts. You’ll be responsible for shipping and fulfillment, planning and executing on creative content and campaigns, and helping to mange and grow our loyal digital community.
The position is part-time, with potential for growth. We are looking for someone who can commit 15 hours/week – over the course of 3 days.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Shipping + Inventory Management:
Shipping Management
- Order Packing & Fulfillment
- Shipping (drop off)
- Returns & Exchanges
Inventory Management
- Inventory Logistics
- Count and receive new arrivals
- Order shipping supplies as needed
- Inventory Organization
- Coordinate with drop-ship accounts
2. Content Marketing:
Content Strategy + Creation
- Represent Luxe Cartel in a positive, on-brand manner.
- Shoot 1-2 looks per week
- Collect inspiration for styling
- Source props and accessories for styling
- Edit, filter, resize, retouch images
- Collect filler photos
- Submit 9-grid for approval
- Create distribution strategy for Social
- Assist on photoshoots
- Email Content Calendar + Execution
3. Community Management:
Follower Acquisition + Engagement
- Manual engagement on Instagram
- Reply to DMs + comments
- Manage incoming influencer requests
- Reporting on KPIs
4. Web Management:
- Product Listing Creation
- Merchandising of Collections
- Website Marketing Applications
- Analytics & Reporting
REQUIREMENTS
What We're Looking For
- Miami based

Creative problem solving, attention to detail, independence, adaptability and high degree of brand understanding
- 1-2 years of fashion/retail experience

2+ years experience working with social platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Tik Tok)
- Passion and an eye for styling, fashion, lifestyle + photography (please provide examples; portfolio, website, or personal instagram)
Bonus

Experience with Photoshop
- Experience with Shopify or similar platform
- Experience with Email Marketing platforms like mailchimp/klaviyo etc.

Proven track record of managing + growing a brands presence across digital channels
